SilverTech bulbs
I've seen a few people on here say they have SilverTech bulbs. But I don't know what these are or what benefit they give you. Please can someone detail this for me and possibly post some pics? Also, where in the UK can you get them and how much do they cost? Thank you.

Hey mate - they just replace the indicator bulbs and get rid of the orange look with a silver one that blends in. I have done all mine, as I hate them orange, especially the side repeater ones on the bumper !
It's about 10 a pair, so about 30 if you want to do them all

They are direct plug in replacements for the stock yellow bulbs. They look blue when the lights are off, yellow light when on.

Hey Sal ! They are SilverStars and they looks REALLY nice! I've seen them on other cars now and I'm really impressed! The standard yellow color just bothers me on my nice prudy silver!
so the blue'ish hue gives it a unique style! I think it would be nice on your color also!
VERY easy to install... about 5 mins for everything... thats front and back...
and yes I changed the lens of the side lights... but never the bulbs inside... I just left them white which is illegal...

UK guys, you can get them over the net from a uk distrbutor. They are made by phillips and are called silver vison. Also as we cannot have HID or zenons on our cars legally ( need a washer system) you may want to look at phillips 4000k. Look like zenons but they are only high performance replacements. www.powerbulbs.com
