Default How to swap window wires on auto box

OK, I've just realised that my drivers window button is wired wrong, up to bring window down and down to bring it up. the passenger one is fine. I know all I need to do is get behind the switch and swap the wires but I can't get behind it. I'm stuck at the first hurdle. I have an auto box and I can't get the panel surrond from the auto box up. Pic below:

I think you get the idea of what I'm talking about!!! lol. So, does anyone know how I get this up? and without damaging the surrounding areas by prising it up with a screwdriver.

Surely this is what warranties are for ??

I would be worried with using anything near the silver plastic. Any mark is going to show really badly !

Yeah, I know. It is going in this Sunday anyway for the week whilst I'm away on business to have a few other things sorted out. I just like to do things myself though if I can. Plus if I'm going to install the Avic-X1 at some point it is good to know how to dismantle all of these things so I am prepared.

Once you get it off you do not have to mess
with the wires. Push the switch out, gently
pry off the top part, reverse the switch and
put the cover on as it was before. A 2
minute job, max.

Take a look at my album and you will see the steps to turning the switch around.

I've managed to do this now. Took some plastic kitchen tools and pulled it all apart. Pulled the lower unit out, re-attached the ashtray light at the same time as doing the window switch. All back together and working fine now. Just got a vibrating speaker and my door sills to be fixed by my dealer next week now. I'll also get them to do the wind noise TSB. I do get wind noise but it isn't that bad, but no harm in making them do it anyway.

I do want to do it but I need more miles on the car first. Only done about 1,200 miles so far.
