Over 10 grand worth of Die-cast Cars just acquired
Remember Paul Jordan.....?
Writer and Photographer in Canada for Old Autos Magazine who some of us encountered on the way to the Fall 2009 Dragon GTG
His first post here in 2009:
Hello Everyone!
My official name is 'route 66'.
My 'real' name is Paul Jordan and I'm the guy who wrote the 'Crossfire' article for Old Autos.
Such a beautiful coincidence happened as I was on my way to Florida.
Nine little 'Gems' (Crossfires) passed me on their way to Tail of the Dragon.
I've always had 'passion' for that little car and after meeting a whole bunch of Great People with similar enthusiasm, my interest has grown.
I did a little research for the article and really find some of the facts about this car fascinating.
Special Thanks to Gary (VALK) who took the time to help me with getting on here and whose personal Emails kept me 'in touch'.

Well fact is I have maintained contact with Paul since that day in the Fall of 2009
The quote above was his first post back in 2009 from the thread link here >> Crossfire article published in OLD AUTOS magazine
Anyway he just recently acquired a great find in Die Cast Cars and sent me an email with photos........
Well over $10,000.00 worth of diecast (mostly mint in box Danbury and Franklin mints)
I did not pay near that but that is what they cost new.

He said in his last email to me:
It will probably be well into fall before I get all these displayed!
Paul.
