Default Another HVAC question.. audible door/vent opening sound with going from 0 to .5 fan

Hi everyone,

Just on a quest to get rid of small quirks on my 05 Crossfire Limited. Love the car, hate the noises.

I notice whenever I move my fan speed on my climate control from OFF (0) to FAN (.5 speed, right before the 1) that I hear an audible door or vent opening sound, presumably from letting the air in.

I do not remember ever hearing this sound as it is very noticeable and quite distracting. I am having some other issues I think my Climate Control unit might be going bad. It even makes this opening sound without the blower motor OR resistor hooked up.

Any ideas?
