Hard cold starting
Hello all, I searched and didn't find an answer so please help me if you can. I have a 2005 SRT-6 Roadster. It is getting more difficult to start cold lately; the engine cranks just fine, (battery is good) it will partially 'catch' for a couple seconds before actually starting; thoughts? Thanks!
Kinda sounds like the one way valve in the fuel filter is letting the pressure leak down,
does it fire right back up after being shutdown for 15 seconds or so ?
Your location ?

Turn the key on, wait a few seconds before starting. See if it starts fine. If not, could be fuel, but I am leaning more to a bad crank shaft sensor. It is usually the first sign of one going bad, along with a rough idle until it fires properly.
