The technician was able to bypass something and crank the engine over all he wanted to but it didn't start. Mind that my car just starts when it wants, that is with the key, i had replaced the RCM with a new one and the starter resulting in same issues. He says the problem is pertaining to the security system. So, we are waiting on computer diagnostic attachments coming in from chrysler the first of next week. Just thought I would share a little of my fun.

 

Suspect he jumped across the starter or maybe the pulse module. That will make it crank but no ignition or fuel.


Any trouble codes ?

 

I guess we see if any codes when the new attachments for diagnostic equip comes in from chrysler so we can scan the system

 

If you have an Andoid phone, being able to pull your own codes is about $20 from Amazon. Look for threads on OBD-II.
