Thumbs up Found a Shop in LA area

Finally find a shop (EUROREV) in LA that knows what they're doing with ECUs springs wheels at a great price.

I had them do a Eibach pro kit and ECU.Yesterday" smiles."

Babeviper did his also .

Interesting thing about my car VS his that my car was 1 inch lower already !

It seems that DC sent early cars out with taller springs.

My wheel gap now stands at about 1 inch in front & about 1&1/4 in rear.

Dan,

Do you know the VIN range when DC fitted the taller springs?

You may have solved that thread we had in Sept/Oct where everyone couldn't agree on the height from the wheel or the rim to the body. We wouldn't have been able to agree if we had different height springs fitted as standard!!
Looks you have a great shop on your doorstep.

Hey Dan,

Sounds awesome. What part of the VIN are you referring to? After the "X" on my VIN, it reads 002889. I bought the car in Aug '03. I was curious and measured my gap between top of tire and lower edge of fender as 1 3/4 " front and 2 5/8 " rear. That's a lot taller than you!!! Are these springs able to be installed by a home mechanic?

How did the ECU mod work out? I didn't see you mention anything about it?

The ECU gave it more pull 2000rpm thru.to red line, feels much smoother and no flat spot. The springs I'd reccomend not at home. Are you in LA area ?

Dan,

Thanks for the pic...quite a difference from mine!! I really like the look. Did it affect your ride? I'm in the Denver area. We do have some pretty serious tools, and my son is an ASE certified Tech.

It actually rides the same only better !
1.it has less bounce
2.less roll
3.quicker or firmer rebound feel
if you have the tools and a lift go for it .

Dan:

Do me a favor. Take your car to a parking lot and back it up, turning the wheel all the way over to the lock either way and let me know if your tires rub (grind)
