I have been looking into replacing my steering wheel with a MOMO Millennium, but i havent been able to nail down a hub that will fit either an XF or an SLK. anyone have additional info? i have seen universal hubs but would rather know i have the right one before i remove the wheel and spend all that money to find out i got the wrong part. thanks in advance

 

just an update for the archive and future searches:

i found an SLK steering wheel hub at www.slaccessories.com, spoke to Nick (FWIW)-- its on order. ill take installation pics when everything comes in.

 

Sweet, that should look nice. Can't wait to see the pics. I have a few friends with BMWs that have done custom steering wheels and they look awesome. The only drawback is lack of an airbag..

 

nevermind. wrong steering wheel hub. they sent me the standard momo 6004, generic mercedes hub. it won't work.

 

Won't u loose the air bag doing this?

ofcourse you loose the airbag, and the turn signal switches too, atleast that's what I've been told.
