Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where to buy a 5706 RCM relay? Or is there anyone on the forum would will sell me 2 or so???

No they are not the same, first clue is the slightly different part number.
The E signifies that the pin layout is to the European standard. and that is what we need.

 

If the physical size and layout are the same, I think 45 amp would be better than 40 amp.
( how do you change a 40 amp contact to be 45 amps, can't be much )

 

180 is right after reading up on them they're similar but not the same exactly amperage wise I wonder if the 40 amp ones would work though?

It would take someone to get one and try to install it 'first' to see if it fits. Secondly, the 11.1% reduction in the contact rating would steer ME away from installing this if it even fit. The contacts of a 45 amp relay are burning up, why would you install something with that 11.1% reduction in the current rating? All I can say is have fun, but get a number of them because you'll (in my opinion) be replacing them a lot more often.
