Default Dashboard is DEAD, car starts and drives

all of the lights are out and nothing is moving, the radiator fan is running fast and the car drives, ac works, turn signals work, etc. When I removed the key a back light was on the dashboard so I disconnected the battery. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Joe

tonight, I blew air into the foam seal that goes around the windshield, there is an opening at eye level, this is where I blasted some air. my dash idiot lights all lit up, like I added more water to the issue. I had the top open half way and now that won't close. Getting worse. I do think it is a water/rain issue as I have garaged my CF for 9 years and now it is in an open lot. It stills runs , just no odometer, speedometer, gas gauge, or any warning lights. Its back in my garage for the rest of the week. wide open, battery disconnected.
