Just wondering,

I couldn't find a thread about this, but has anyone found a short shifter for the 6 speed, is there possibly a universal one that will work?

 

I've never heard of a "short throw shifter" for our cars, but to be honest, I don't know how they could be much shorter than they already are.
Now if somebody came up with something to make the 1-2 shift a little smoother........well then sign me up.

 

There is not a short throw shifter for our car since the shifter does not drop directly into the trans, it has linkage.
