I suspect you'll have trouble getting the seat cover which in guessing is leather to sit right on the trimmed down bolsters.
But good luck and let us know how you get on.

Well jumped out of bed this morning and started the seat project I was worried because of the intermingling seat relay not cooperating but it did . Pulled the seat out and pulled the seat cover back . the trimmed the offending right leg bolster about a 1.5 inch lower. Then stretch the seat material and rolled the edge over and tucked it back into the retaining channel. Came out pretty nice.
Then pulled the knee cover and the lower dash down and removed the the seat relay reinstalled the lower dash and knee piece. I then rerouted the TPMS wire and cancelled the seat belt chime... It was easier than I thought it was going to be.all in all took about 3.5 hours.
The information on the site really is a life saver Thanks
I can now considerate on getting ready for the Tail of the Dragon Run.....New Rear Tires are needed....
I'm tired.....

I trimmed my bolsters early on in mine (trimmed both sides) and occasional right hip pain went away even on 3 hour non-stop drives.
Did you use an electric knife ?
Car was designed for elves.

I used a razor and the cleaned it up with a drill and sanding disc.
I think I'm going to pull the seat again and do the left bolster and put a 1/2 in hi-dense foam on the whole seat.
