Default Spoiler deploy no start 2004 crossfire help

I have a 2004 coupe with 20,000 miles. I don't get to drive it much as you can see and lately I am unable to start the vehicle. I turn the key I have power and immediately spoiler deploys. Spoiler light blinks. If I can get the spoiler to retract and get the all clear beep it starts right up. Brand new battery. Had it tested at Chrysler they said it was the ABS/BAS/ESP. What can I do to get it running to get it fixed? If it doesn't start it doesn't go in gear or neutral. Please help.

If in fact your new battery is a good one, I would say you have bad connection somewhere. Spoiler up on its own is a sign of low voltage.

Just traded in the battery for a new one today. I know the spoiler deploy is the car telling you there is something wrong if i remember correctly. If I can get the dam thing to go down all the way and give me the all clear single beep it will start. Sure am glad it started after the warranty was up

The car can be put into neutral or reverse, put a pencil down the rear of the shifter as explained in the owners manual.

Make sure you have the posts and clamps CLEAN. Also, a known problem is the negative terminal at the fender has been known to corrode and become quirky. Check all 5 of these items and post back here the results.

So the car is able to start now but the spoiler won't go down?

No start, you turn the key spoiler deploys. Try to retract spoiler and it deploys itself again. no start.
Had it tested at Chrysler a while back and they told me my BAS ESP ABS was bad and needed replaced.
Im going to check the grounds as suggested hopefully tomorrow but so far nothing. Talked to Chrysler corp awhile back they basically told me to pound salt only in a nicer tone.

Do you have the BAS/ESP light on? Are you voltmeter savvy?

No start, spoiler deploys, ABS/EAS fault lights.

ALL symptoms of a bad traction control relay in the Relay Control Module.

I can refurbish the RCM for $30 (postage rates went up again).

I have not had the chance to work on it because of work. First chance I get i will pull the board and take a look at those three solder spots to see if the pins are exposed. Appreciate the help since Chrysler has refused to do anything for me.

Open the RCM and turn the key to the RUN position. Relays 2&3 should be closed. Bet 2 isn't.

I took it out and checked to see if the relays were open. I just tried to start it it fired right up then the dash lit up again. I shut it off now it wont start.

It just started again but the spoiler will not go down. My ABS BAS and ESP lights are on and it wont come out of park. Do you think it could be my RCM? last month i put a cam and crank position sensor on.I hooked my code reader im getting P0600.

When the car starts number 2 relay closes when it doesn't the relay stays open. But the lights on the dash stays on and will not go in gear.
