Sticky ignition fix ?

Default Sticky ignition fix ?
Is there a way to tell if the sticky ignition fix has already been done on a car without taking it all apart ?

It was recommended that a note be placed inside the fuse cover panel for the lights when it's done.
Not many did, though. Other than that, no.
