Steering issue at low speeds
Alright guys, after some hard canyon runs, & pulled over to let my car cool off, and as I park, i noticed a running/wailing noise, and the slower I go (Anything below 15 MPH) the harder it becomes to turn either direction. The noise is more present when steering to the left, and if I try steering while parked, it almost doesn't move, I have to put serious body weight to make it turn. I have replaced my steering dampener, and though it feels better at high speeds, it did not help my problem at all. Any ideas as to what is wrong? I always have plenty of power steering fluid

No lights, never had a battery problem, and the BAS does not come on or anything. I just had the idler pulley replaced, and my mechanic (a very honest guy) said my belt has a lot of life left. Granted that was a month ago. What do you think?
I have to go with the power steering pump failing to get any flow and pressure at low revs or low power steering fluid level, check it.
