Default A/C vacuum squeal behind glove box

Hi , hope I can get some help here. I am an aviation mechanic and own a 2004 Crossfire coupe. I AM a auto hobbies that rebuilds classic mopar cars as a hobby. I have lots of experience repairing cars but have a need for some help with a ghost in my machine. When the weather is warm say over 65 and I run my ac I hear a vacuum leak noise coming from the vacuum element located at the top of the blower box behind the glove box. This noise is in response to the changes in vacuum level associated with engine load and rpm. I can wiggle the green vacuum line connected to the vacuum element and some times make the sound go away. I think the connector is leaking or the vacuum element it self is leaking. Anyone have any experience with this problem. I have seen the exact problem discussed on other threads but never seen a solution. Where can I get these parts? Dealer only?
