Loss of throttle response when accelerating? Help Please!
Travelling at highway speeds (60-80mph) and suddenly discover mt gas pdeal will not accelerate the car!
Interestingly, enough... the cruise control accelerate & decelerate functions still seem to work properly.
This is a very hazardous situation on major multi-lane highways, so if anyone has a fix, please let me know.Many thanks in advance.

Cruise control still working indicates that PTCM / wiring / throttle body is OK.
The pedal is just another input to the PTCM, so I'd be looking at it and it's wiring to the PTCM.
