Default Flooded 2004 crossfire

I bought a crossfire that has been in a flood..it did not get into the motor but came close. I replaced starter and relay fuse deal and engine module on drivers side fuse box. When I turn key the lights come on in dash and I hear fuel pump bit nothing else. I can crank motor by manually hitting relay... But no start
