SRT-6 Engine and Transmission Mounts

Srt-6 shift lever moves laterally on heavy acceleration. Suspect either engine or auto transmission mounts. I think I can change either but how do you know whether it's engine or transmission mounts? Thanks for your reply.

Easy. Change both and don't worry about it.
Seriously, if one is worn/broken, how long till the others join ?
