Hey Andrew, Dynamat question
I came upon your gallery from another thread. You have pics of dynamat to remove cricks and rattles from the door area.
Did this work? My doors are driving me crazy. Everytime, I hit a bump or if I have too much bass in a song. Having to change the eq of every other song blows.

Same here... It's constantly driving me nuts when the music causes the door to creak and rattle.
The only reason I haven't taken apart my doors to do the same thing is, because I'm a bit cautious. It would be the first time taking the door panels off on a car with airbags in them. Any pointers? Or is the process the same as with your average car?
Thanks.

it makes a huge difference...and it is easy to do.

How many square feet of dynamat did you use?
I've got a few spare sheets left from when I did my PT Cruiser. It does make a huge difference. I'm sure it would only take a few hours on a saturday.

I might try to attack my doors this weekend. If I remember correctly I have two 3'x3' sheets left. I feel that should be more than enough to cover the bare metal.
I used a foil, sheet foam, two-part foam, cork and liquid sound deadener in my Crossfire. I'd like to compare to an unaltered Crossfire to compare. I have an old, detailed post on door panel removal if you need some tips.
