Default My Chrysler crossfire srt6 won’t start

This is my first car I’ve ever bought and my oh my do I love it. My car though as been having battery problems and I was told by the person that sold it to me that I was going to need to get a new one so as soon as the car died and I couldn’t jump it I got a new battery cause I assumed it was time. The car still does not start at all and when I turn the key all I hear is like a small click sound And that’s it. Both batteries don’t work and if it’s not hooked up to a jumper the car has no power at all. No lights , no radio , no nothing just completely dead. What is the problem ? What can I do to fix it ? Thank you!

Check the battery ground connection at the inner fender well. If the ground is good it is probably the relays in the RCM.

Use the search function in the upper R/H corner for more info. Far what it's worth jump starting these cars can really mess up the electronics. A replacement RCM is about $150.00 and is plug and play.
