unidentified humming sound

Default unidentified humming sound
I have a 2005 srt roadster. With the engine off and key removed, I noticed today what sounds like a small motor running or humming come from the super charger area. Any ideas?

How long was the engine turned off?

It is still running and I parked it three hours ago. The battery has gone down from a 12,7 to a 12.2..

My first thought was your recirculating fan isn't turning off?

There is so obvious issues as the engine fan now kicks on shortly after starting the motor and stays on

I used a auto stethoscope to try an pin point it since it is so faint and it appears to come from the sc.

If the engine fan revs up to high speed with the key on but the engine off, that would indicate a bad RCM (Relay Control Module).
