Question Headlamp TSB

can someone tell me the difference between these three TSB's.
which one applies to the condensation inside the driver headlamp???

they both apply to the condensation in the headlight and they are both fixes to the problem... and the dealer will do one of them first.. the cheaper one (install a vent kit) and if that does not help he will do the other more expensive one... ( replace the headlight )...
