Default Reward for "how to" documents

I have had a number of requests for info on my CF overlay offerings. Unfortunately many members are afraid to dismantle their parts for fear of breaking them. I have to admit although I have had a number of pieces done myself, I too was afraid to take them apart. I paid to have someone do it. I tried to get them to provide instructions (and offered to pay for them) but nothing ever came of the offer.

So here is an offer to forum members who are "fearless" LOL.

I will pay a bounty for instructions on how to:

1) dismantle/reassembly of the interior console from AC vents to the console cover between the seats. I only need the info on the removal of the silver colored pieces.

2) removal/reassembly of the surround for the upper door speakers and latch.

3) removal/reassembly of the face strip of the interior door pull (I have been told it comes off easily).

4) removal/reassembly of the exterior side strakes on the front fenders.

5) removal/reassembly of the three piece windshield surround (silver).

6) removal/reassembly of the exterior door handles.

The reward will be in cash, not a certificate to have some of the work done (though that is negotiable as well).

The more finished and detailed (perhaps drawings and pictures) the more "generous" I could be. You can answer in this post or send me a PM.

Thanks,
Karl

SRT SIX, before you go spending money do a search, I know at least some of these are already on here. See if they are what you need and save a couple of bucks if you want.

I appreciate you suggestion. My problem is time. I already check the forum multiple times a day. I have my "real" job which covers about 14 hours per day not including traveling (which is frequent). I am setting up a website with all the goodies I am coming up with. Negotiating with vendors and craftsmen. Ordering, invoicing, shipping (and of course designing) all my custom badges. etc. etc. etc.

So you can see I need some help with this. I figure with all the talent on this forum, one or more would like the challenge to help me and the forum members who want my services, and make a little cash in return.

Thanks all!

If you can wait a week. I will have my 2008 Scion xB back to stock and will be working on the interior mods right after that.

a lot of the hidden clips requires the use of a slim jim style tool or a flat and thin piece of plastic to pry things apart. put a notch on the end of it, so that you can capture one-way locks.

Chrysler has a special tool for removing the trim.

It's called the trim stick, P/N C-4755

More then likely it looks very similar to a .99c plastic putty knife

Sorry, I didn't want to sound like one of the search ****'s, just trying to save you a couple of bucks, I had no idea you were so short on time. If I run across anything that might be of help to you I'll post it up here, no payment required.
