It is a nice writeup, but I would change one thing. Where he says...

Re-install the oil filter into the housing. Remove towel from housing.
Remove oil cap from top of motor.
Add 8qts (8 bottles) of Mobil One 0w40 synthetic motor oil.
Replace oil cap and wipe up any spilled oil.

I would instead do the following......

Add 8qts (8 bottles) of Mobil One 0w40 synthetic motor oil into the filter housing. (goes the same place as putting it in the oil fill area, but much bigger opening, and easier to not spill oil.)
Re-install the oil filter into the housing. Remove towel from housing.

There.... 4 steps cut into 2 steps.

Nice pics, but NEVER get under a car held up by a jack - as pictured. It is dangerous.

I didn't know there were O rings involved in the oil change. Where do you get replacements from?

They come with most filters. WIX 57078 (on Amazon) and NAPA 7078 include them.

MikeR has a easier oil change thread here: https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...made-easy.html
