I have no idea about the locks (btw, my '06 Chrysler minivan just started doing this also, although it is an aftermarket system), but you can lock it with the key anyway can't you? That'll at least leave it safe in the parking lot.

I believe the lock are pneumatic, air pressure. You might have an air leak or blocked hose.

My guess is that the air/vacuum pump located in the trunk, which operates these locks, is broken or the air/vacuum line is broken somewhere.
Can you hear any noise of air in the trunk. If one lock was not working I would say that one air line to that lock was broken but if no locks operate I would guess it is the pump or a main air line from that pump that is causing the trouble.
I am assuming that the locks for both doors and the rear hatch do not work .

180 that is absolutely correct. There are three modules back there. If I remember correctly, it is on the right side as you look into the truck. Price may be pricey but is a simple remove and replace. If I also remember it reads the VIN to work correctly.

The one other thing that you may look at is the
Sentry Key Remote Entry Module (SKREEM) It is
located underneath the top pad of the instrument panel
behind the Instrument Cluster. The SKREEM works in conjunction
with the vehicle locking/unlocking remote control and the
Central Locking Pump/Security System Module to lock and
unlock the vehicle.

Does your deck lid lock?
How about your gas filler door?
If all those work then chances are its a leak somewhere in the front of the car. If none of your locks work the pump either has a major leak or its shot.
I had a similar issue with my deck lid and gas filler door and it was one of the pneumatic lines. I had the dealer fix it because I didn't feel like tearing the interior apart. If there is a leak you should be able to hear it. Hit the lock and you should hear a hissing sound. I think 180 is right on the money, I concur with his assessment of the problem. Let us know how you make out.

A Johnson Pump oughta fix that right up.

If not it's probably the vacuum pump located in the trunk.

I have no idea of cost but these are supposed to be the part numbers.
The Mercedes part should be cheapest.
(numbers from the forum master parts list)
Central Locking Pump module for a Chrysler Crossfire 2004 -2008
or Mercedes Benz SLK 2004 - 2008.

The Chrysler part number is 05102774AA
The Mercedes Benz part number is 17080000848.

I can't say how the water got in for sure, but in a similar post the poster said the drain in that area was plugged, but I have never seen in that area.
I believe the water came in from the wheel well area where the domed area meets the flat area..

I take it that the junkyard has not got them, so try another scrap car dealer, a Merc part is also a good bet.
