How do you remove the steering wheel?
I removed the air bag and have tried to undo the big bolt in the middle but it's so tight it almost feels like it shouldn't be removed am I trying to remove the wrong bolt?
Also when you do get the nut loose before you pull your wheel off, put the nut back on and screw it on a few turns, you may have to wiggle the wheel some to get it loose, but when your pulling it off it wont hit you in the head.

Thanks guys I have an impact gun but it looks like I'm going to have to get the right attachment.
Doc I'm just trying to align it, when I'm driving dead straight the wheel is a little to the right, I got 2 wheel alignments done plus I checked the tyre pressure so I'm going to try and change the position of the steering wheel.

Anyone removing the wheel and adjusting it on the splines should read the Repair Manual.
