Look at the inside grooves of the belt and look for splitting/cracking.
If it looks smooth I wouldn't be concerned with the low mileage you have

My car has 53,000 and the belt looks fine yet. I carry a new spare with me.

Mine has 58,000 on it including a trip from Ind to California this year and I have had no problems, just inspect it every once in a while.

+1, its better to look at it now rather than when its laying in the pan under the engine.

It's probably all just about the same. It says on my can use every 3k miles, so i just give it a little spray time to time. I'm not gonna say it's gonna make your belt last 100k miles but it should help them stay the best they can.

Most belts I believe are somewhere between 60-100k miles, although age and weather conditions im sure are added factors. Best to just visually check them when you open your hood. I just believe in preventive maintenance
