Question Head gasket scheme ...

Hello everybody !

I'm actually in some kind of a project where i will compress the N/A 3.2 M112 of my Crossfire.
I need to make up a laser-cut on some metalic part to space the engine-head from the engine itself.
This is for lowering the compression ratio of the engine and in order to allow more boost to come from the intake.
By doing this, i will not break the engine, nor connecting rods, nor nothing at all ... except, perhaps the transmission/rear differential
But that is another story.

For now, i need to build up a scheme in order to give this scheme to the laser-cutting Professional i will be working on.
So my question is simple : do you know some kind of scheme like this /OR/ do you know any personnal that works @ mercedes and could give me this kind of document ?

Thanks !

Spend $25 and get a set of new gaskets from RockAuto for a 2003 SL320 as a pattern ......

( are YOU doing the turbo ? )

Why not just "double up" head gaskets?

I wanted to do this method, but it seems that it is really more expensive than having directly the template.
At least if i have to reproduce it from PDF to AUTOCAD, there is no problem for me, i'll do it, for sure.

What do you mean with "Double up head gaskets" ?
Is it adding 2 head gaskets instead of 1 ?
If yes, i'll answer that it is not enough to lower the compression ratio to what i want.
Adding another head gasket would only lower the CR from 10:1 to 9,7:1 at best.

Actually, as i'm going to run 1bar of additional BOOST, i will have to lower the CR to 8.5:1 or 8:1 at best.

What is to be the source of the "1bar" boost ?
Supercharger or turbocharger ?
