That was last year or year before last ( can't even remember that ), my memory only goes back 2 months these days.

BTW: I envy you on that 'Bucket List' trip next week.
I had planned one like that for the Colorado CAA year before last, but finances intervened.

Sorry for the self pimp on this thread BUT, am still looking for a used (FREE) A/C control head for experimentation. I know one member found a fix to one problem but I would like to dissect one to see if there is any other 'fixes' that can be accomplished. Just need the head and a brief statement of what it did or didn't do. Can't use mine in the car in case it gets a clip or part broken (and I want mine to work when I need it too). So, any donation(s)?

Anyone know the easiest way to release the front ignition lock cable on the assembly? I pushed in the black bolt on upper pass side. It was the ignition lock. Key won’t come out. Was given wrong diagram to release trans when I had all the RCM problems. Car is running and shifting fine. Key won’t come out to lock doors. Can’t drive it anywhere it prone to being stolen.
