Default Painting calipers

I’m trying to get my calipers painted to match the car color (2005 red, I have the paint code). The company working on the car said that they couldn’t match the color with one that would stand up to the car wear. Any suggestions? I’m more concerned about longevity than it exactly matching the car color. Thanks!

I used engine paint and then high heat clear. Many years ago and still nice.

Thanks, I’ll pass this information on!... Can they color match like with house paint?
