Radio display TSB #?

Radio display TSB #?

I know there is a TSB for changing the radio but my dealer said there wasn't one. Does anyone know the number so I can tell them they are retarded.

The TSB # is 08-036-03.

Couldn't find the text on this TSB, 08-036-03. Our radio does sort of act funny, but the display seems OK. Can someone post what the text is of this TSB and what the symptoms are? I am sure DCx doesn't want to replace the radio/DVD/Nav system unless they absolutely have to. We complained about it, but the dealer didn't "see" the problem.... Pls post up what you have, someone that has had this issue, thx. We have an SRT-6 with build date 8/2004, just got it a couple of months ago... Thx. Much obliged.
