There were only a few 2006 SRT6s produced. I've NEVER heard of a 2007. Almost all the SRT6s in existance are 2005 models.

Ian, if you have a VIN number, we can confirm that it's an SRT6.

My vin was posted in the thread its fourth from last we have listed, the reason we have 2007 registered year cars here is that the year shown on the plate is only the year the car was registered for use on the road and has no bearing on the year of manufacture although it does seem that when the new owners of Chrysler took over they used as many spares as possible to make the last few cars and dumped them on dealers over here at a low price.

Have to admit that's tempting although if the SRT6 is selling for that what would I get for an 04 Coupe?
I looked at getting one of the very last SRT6's and it was going to cost me £10,000 to change for a brand new one and I think it was around £24,000 so a £14,000 trade in.
There really fast and have been tested at a sub 5 second 0 to 60 time.

Norrie.

Hey guys, I love the British and England but your people really should have had a revolution about taxes like we did. That Beatle song Tax Man comes to mind. I know you have to pay to drive in London, but what's a road tax? and why does the tax man dislike SRTs

Road tax is a tax you have to pay to drive on a public road, as for the goverment not liking SRTs, its really to do with getting more money out of us, they call it emissions. anything with a big engine is not good for the environment

Oh my god! Your place looks like Barrett Jackson or NHRA headquarters. You must make a whole lot of money to afford that stable.

actually just to make people cry... something like that wouldn't be too bad (except on the petrol side of things!!) I'm currently driving a Ford Lightning (5.4 Supercharged, 360ish hp, full sized US pick-up) and annual road rent is c.200 per year as are all non-officially imported vehicles.

As an example if you were to buy a 2008 UK spec 'Vette from your local Vauxhall dealership you have to pay the robbing b'stards £400 + whatever new joke they've thought-up this week.... if you were to buy a 2008 FORD MUSTANG ASC DOMINATOR you'd only pay c£200 a year as there is nothing on the UK database for this
