Thumbs up Steering Box Leak

Fortunately for me my warranty on the crossfire has one month to run. On my last service at the main dealers it was noticed I had a very slight leek from the streeing box..

Its being replaced now. I mention this for two reasons, one the cost, steering box £1500 ( hard to belive) and labour 8 hours, engine has to be shifted! and seondly, was told that had it not been under warranty there was no real nead to replace it..just keep an eye on it.

I guess I never spotted any drips on the garage floor as the underbody tray would have contined any miner drips.

The above info..may save you a few pounds or dollars
