still waiting for the bumper, can't believe how long it is taking, 29th September was when the accident happened !! See you at Watford Gap.
Very sorry all, but daily life got in the way today and I couldn't get away in time to make it to the Ace. At least the Crossfire got it's first wash in several months. Hope you all had a great time and got home safely in the awful weather. I just hope it gets a little better before tomorrow morning as I'm meant to be running a half marathon!

Sorry you could not make it - we assumed you must have had other comittments. We had a good day despite the terrible weather.
Have you seen the Xmas lunch details?
Cheers,
Steve
Damp but not defeated!
Six Crossfires were in attendance at the world famous Ace Cafe' London today!
The day started well for us Up' North' with bright and dry conditions, but as we got further South the rain started and soon the Ace Cafe was in the center of a monsoon!
Even some PT Cruiser folks were put off by the weather and their numbers were apparently well down. The venue was great; a real petrolheads paradise where different motorcycle and car enthusiast clubs come meet.
We were kept going with a stonking mega Ace Cafe' special breakfast including lots of black pudding and mugs of tea, and after adding photos of some wet Crossfires to our collection, set off home in more rain!
Role on summer 2010!
In attendance:
beeblebrox - Aero Blue Roadster
Hairydalek - Graphite Coupe
Steve - UK - Aero Blue Coupe
waylander - Sapphire Silver Blue Coupe
AndyD - Sapphire Silver Blue Roadster
woody - Sapphire Silver Blue Coupe
A very enjoyable day indeed, despite the weather. It was worth the trip just for the 'Breakfast'. Good to catch up with you all again ! Only took a few pics but here's one of us shortly after arriving and doing oue usual thing of parking right in the middle of whatever is going on
Sounds like you all had a great time, I wasn't put off by the weather and was well on my way untill we joined the M25 (Junction 29) and that was as far as we got, some accident shut the road, hope to see you at the next meet

We have some a page on the web side detailing this event, along with a link to a small gallery of images.

shame not everyone could make it, but those that did can now say that they have "been to the Ace Cafe" which appears to be hallowed ground to some of my biker friends !
See some of you at the xmas meal.
