Ad one, possibly two more - new faces who can’t register here. Both know of the South Mimms mustering point. One may not be able to attend depending on family commitments. The other should be definite. I’ll dig the emails out when I’m next on my big machine and send them on to you.

 

sorry guys would love to make this but this is the on weekend in the next 3 to see a potential new car (2000 SS Camaro)...

Sorry, but I'm not a definite for this meet either. It all depends on work today and over the weekend.

As per David, who is arranging the event over at UKC, there's an organised cruise to this meet. The meet point for the cruise is McDonalds in New Denham. It's just off M40 Junc 1 on the A4020 towards Uxbridge. If you're on the M25, take Junc 16 East onto the M40 and then come off immediately at Junc 1. The post code for GPS is UB9 4DN.

Meet at McDonalds from about 10:15 for a 10:45 start.

David adds that this meet point suits most people using the M25, M3, M4 and M40. If you're in London or coming round the North Circular you're probably better off going straight there.

 

OK...looks like I can make it. The car has had a quick wash - its first since the Christmas get-together - and looks presentable enough. See you tomorrow!

We may have a couple of new non forum members turning up at South Mimms too. Steve and Beeblebrox have names as well (I don’t have them to hand).

 

Had a great day, and the weather was better than last time ! A relatively low key event to start the year, but a "bosting" brekkie as they say in these parts.

Has anyone got any pics to share ? I noticed the odd artistic shot as well as general ones. I managed to forget my camera ! Also I'm always looking for calendar shots for the 2011 xfire calendar.
