Default Heads up

Being a bit thick on the old PC hadnt realised there was a place on the forum for UK members.

Trying not to be too annoying but I am in week two of owning my 04 Xfire and looking for some bits and bobs to get her top notch. Just wondered if any one had a link to a car mat provider that does good quality matts for the coupe in the UK - tried some on ebay - but they dont seem to have the correct fixings.

Any help appreciated.

Hi there,

Original factory Chrysler Crossfire mats do appear on ebay from time to time, but these come out at about £40 -£50 for a pair but they are nice. other alternative are custom mats which are even more money. But you can also buy high quality custom Crossfire mats via our club CICCI at www.crossfireinternational.com where a range is available at sensible prices including new trunk mats. These are available to club members so its worth checking this out on the web link above. Allways happy to help!

Has anyone tried to get a set from the MB dealer? because I wonder if the SLK or R170 models would have the same or are the Crossfires a different size, for those of us who would like original mats. But I will say the CICCI mats do look good, and the price is good. Just a thought.

The SLK mats are different around the seat fronts so not a good fit, its been tried. If you just want some plain tailor velour made mats check out ebay, but you want branded logo mats then be prepared to pay! Also check out the american ebay but post charges will be greater!

Thanks for the advice - I finally managed to get a set ordered from a guy on Ebay to the correct measurements of my cabin. Great forum and am looking forward to making a meet at some point, I keep seeing a very nice blue crossfire pass by me most days on my way to work in Mansfield - if it's any one from the forum give us a nod.

I live just on the outskirts of Mansfield - but go up the MARR route every day join onto the A60 just outside the old Harlow Wood Hospital site where I work.
