Screen Demister not Working
Unable to direct air to windscreen vents...Remainder are working correctly with hot or cold air.
Any thoughts regarding this problem?..before I remove the dash..which I'm dreading...but with the main dealer at Soutampton charging a staggering £110.oo per hour!!!!..I have no option.

ken might like to check the vacuum pipes on the switch valve as stated in previous post, i had a cherokee that had this very problem, fortunatly was still in warrenty but was found to be a pipe had somehow detatched itself from the valve, if its easy to get to might be worth checking this out first before you tear your dash apart....
I'm about to remove the trim form under the dash..passanger side and the inside panel, plus the glove box..
Before I do? How can I switch off the airbag? as i don't want to set it off while poking around under the dash....any thoughts?

I believe there may be info about airbag de activation in owners handbook. Sounds you have a job on your hands there - is the car under any warranty?

Hi Ken.
Have you fixed it yet? If not and I know we are miles away, but if you are around this way at some stage, I could get one of guys to take a look.
Good luck
Jon
