Xfire colours
If your all totally honest, you have to admit that black is the best Crossfire colour.
Chrysler should have taken a leaf from Henry Fords idea and produce all Crossfires in Black, and not botherd with all the other girlie colours..
This stament may upset a few of you unfortunate owners who's Crossfires are not Black, but take it on the chin, as you know I'm correct.
Peaceful UKKen (.
.. my glasses are also black, to match my xfire)

I would consider taking the black colouring off of the glasses and consider using it only on the frames! Then you'd see that the yellow roadster and the SSB are the colours that were truly intended for the Crossfire! I'm just saying ....
Well I always thought my Aero Blue colour was best as this was said by many to be the fastest colour. But then I found out the Red Crossfires were the fastest so I changed over to Red. The difference in speed was noticeable straight away!

Hi Ken (the Black Knight) UK
Well one question is Black a colour (sorry color) ?? , So if its not a colour does it count its self out of this thread ,
Where i stand is by all means have a Black Xfire for the day time & summer , Then have a Red Xfire for night time & winter , The reason being your need a back up Xfire for when the Black one is dirty which will be about 10 mins after you have just finished cleaning it
.
Cheers
Andy

Ventured to say, most Crossfire owners are the fastidious types, so black (especially on the coupe) is an excellent choice of colours. Highly polished black for sure.
But perhaps the most forgiving colour would be the sapphire silver blue (especially on the roadster) accented by the black convertible top.
Such a shame that the red isn't redder ... and the yellow a wee bit less comical.

Sir Henry, I couldn't agree more. I've been the proud owner of a SSB roadster for several years so, when I was in the market for an SRT6 last year, I thought I'd have a change and go black. I did, however, end up with an SSB one for 3 main reasons (aside from the obvious, that SSBs are faster!!)
1. The lighter colours accentuate the lines of the car better and show off the contrast between the panels.
2. As you said, black is a pig to keep 'looking' clean!
3. All the black cars I looked at seemed to suffer considerably more from stone chips than the metallics, especially on the wings by the headlights. I can only put this down to the black paint being a softer or more brittle formula??
Black does look more evil though and a matt black one would rock!!

I'm surprised that FP did not comment on this post..as he fanatical about his xfire.
And I did vote for his black xfire, which hepled to elevate him to first place..but I guess I was used and cast aside!.

I like the matte black effect, so I only wash my car three times a year.
Beaner said he had never seen my car clean, I guess matte black is not his favorite.
I like it shiny under the hood and that's where I keep the dust and dirt off it.
