Ace Cafe 26th February
Hi Guys,
David here from the UK Cruisers PT Cruiser club.
Following the fantastic turnout for the Ace Cafe / London Motor museum meet in November, our regular Spring meet is in two weeks time on 26th February (yes I know it's a bit early for Spring!!).
Anyway, you guys are welcome to attend again. We have the forecourt from 11am until about 3pm.
If you haven't been before, the Ace is a truly legendary location from the Mods and Rockers era. It's currently featuring extensively in 'Cafe Racer' on the Discovery Channel.
Hope to see some Crossfires there again.
Cheers
David

Hi Steve,
Thanks for the invite to Hendon. We went as a club a few years ago and it was really good. I've posted a message on our forum.
Not sure if many will be able to make it as we have a meet on that day up in the Midlands. Hope to see some of you at the Ace.
Cheers
David

I would usually be well up for this, it's only round the corner, but I still have a whopping great dent on the side of my car which is booked in for repair in the first week of March

Well, despite the typical British weather I had great day down at the Ace today, and it was great to meet up with some new faces as well as the 'regulars'. My Crossfire is in bits at the moment so rather than go down in the Jeep I blagged a lift with Steve UK (thanks Steve, that's another thrash around Cadwell I owe you!). Given the conditions there was a great turnout and I think we almost outnumbered our PT Cruiser hosts, although we were all outnumbered by the Mokes!

Brilliant pics from Woody who rode shotgun with me today - and despite the wet weather, we all had a great day at the Ace
The rain was no surprise to us, as this is the standard weather for us at the Ace!
Thanks to David (Fabcruiser) at the PT Cruiser Club for inviting us along
Many thanks to all for attending - it was great to meet with new friends as well as catch up with old ones! The all time record for distance travelled to a meet is now held by Jimmy from Fife, and this is unlikely to ever be broken in the future!
Thanks to the following Attendees and their co pilots!
Hope to see you again soon!
Jimmy - Fife - Saphire Silver Blue Coupe
Jim - Watford - Black Coupe
Simon - Milton Keynes - Black Coupe
Paul - Kent - Aero Blue Roadster
Steve - Newark - Red Coupe
Paul D - Essex - Graphite Coupe
