New member and SRT-6 owner saying hello
Just thought I would introduce myself to the forum, just picked up my black 2005 srt6 this week, still finding my way around the car, but very pleased with the car so far, just sold my TVR Chimaera 500 to buy the srt6, no doubt I will have a few questions over the next few weeks, but for now, its just a hello to you all.
Welcome to the forum .... your name "MK INDY"? Are you near Indianapols, IN?
There are a few very knowledgeable members near you, in case you'd like to join into a GTG. I really don't know why newbies to the forum don't list their location in their profiles. This is a very friendly group, and if you're near people, you could meet others and learn.
But be that as it may, enjoy the permagrin ....... Did you get your car from another forum member? We have an SRT registry so we can track SRTs. Just do a search for that thread, and register.
EDIT: BLACK is the fastest .......

Good choice. At least the Crossie's a product of a broken home, not an orphan like TVR
While the SRT's happiest in a straight line, there are some quick fixes for handling.
Steve UK is your go-to guy and is quite useful with suggestions for sourcing the odd part.
And while you'll spend more time looking after the car's paint job than driving
Mike in Orange knows quite a bit about keeping up appearances.
Again, welcome to the forum!

Thanks for the warm welcome guys, and yes Ive already found out its better in a straight line than going around corners, but I think thats more to do with the "Triangle" make of tyres the last owner fitted
, so its going to have some new tyres fitted, but also getting the wheels refurbed at the same time, and its going in to get the paintwork detailed, as with it being black, there's a few swirl marks in there, but I will get it sorted
