Question Pump? Noise

When I turn ignition on I get a noise similar to the heater fan on 3 which never seems to go away, is this the high pressure fuel pump & is this normal?

The air pump maybe, with the contacts stuck together in the RCM?
On na's its on the top front of the engine. On SRT's it's on the driver side inner fender.

That's good that is what it should do, by 30 secs or so it should stop.

Thanks for the update - that's a relief - when I first heard it I turned up the radio a bit and didn't notice it had stopped -
