Headlamps Wanted
No not broken them, but with the restoration now in progress I see mine are not in very good condition. Its rare to find a Crossfire with good ones these days but Id like to find some better ones. Other option is to strip these down to refurbish but its not any easy job. The wheels are in for refurb now and Im just ordering a new set of boots for them as well! Also trying to decide if new brake discs and pads are needed after refurbing wheel arches and suspenion parts.
Any one seen a product out there for plugging holes in bumpers after removal of parking sensors? I seem to think I saw something called Bumper Plugs which come already colour matched and though will always be noticable, do blend in quite well. I will need to fill 8 holes after some pillock fitted parking sensors to this car back and front
unbelievable!!
aaaggghh!!!

I've just replaced the Front Disc's and Pads on mine with New Brembo's. How are they going to do your wheels? You just having them painted or Diamond cut and if the later what are they going to do about the centre caps?
I assume your headlamps are hazzy? If so theres a post on the International site of someone slosshing a chemical around on the inside which removes the haze. If its on the outside a fine compound will make them look new.

My plan is to strip down the lamps to refurbish them. This has been done successfully by one of our UKC members when he fitted angel eyes inside and there is a thread in here somewhere explaining how he did it, though great care is needed due to the brittle plastics used in the parts.
Some though is required to cure the internal misting which seems to be caused by the moisture in the air being drawn into the units via the rear breather durring cooling after use. Ive got an idea on this and will start a thread about it.
