crossfire auto winding and lose of gears

Default crossfire auto winding and lose of gears

HELP
04 plate , started to hear a winding noise while driving, a week ago,now not much ecceloration, turned engine off then back on now wont go into gear, turned back off and on, runs for about quarter of a mile,loses eccloation again, any ideas plz plz plz

Do you get any lights come up on the dash?

Sounds like the box has a mechanical prblem to me.

Hi, there is no light showing on dash board, its an auto crossfire, losing power , turn engine off then restart, then i put into drive and reverse and nothing, re start again seems ok then losing power again.

Limp mode does not quite fit the description. If the tranny fluid is way down it may fit.

I agree it sounds like transmission

yes lose of power and auto change gears , till i restart engine ok again then for about quarter of a mile then losing power with a whirling noise.
