Hi fellow Crossfire owners,
I am thinking of having a BBQ on the 1st of June and would love to invite like minded members who would enjoy a bit of food, a few glasses of beer and wine and, chat about our great cars.
The food will be care of me and the booze will be down to your selves, just turn up with your cars and what ever you like to drink, and we would love to see you.
A show of interest would be great, so i can plan,
What do you think?

 

sounds like a plan can't commit 100% as it is a few month away but great idea!

Very kind of you to invite us, Elaine & myself have put it on the callander may also stay over somewhere between yours & Blenheim Palace will confirm nearer the time. If any others are thinking of doing this maybe we can tie up to stay in the same hotel.

 

Great to see the interest is building, lets hope that the weather is good to us, i can see the smoker will need an overhall :0)

Are we talking a local Premier Inn or did you have some where else in mind?.

We should think of confirming rooms sooner than later, with Blenheim being a busy venue.

Yes Premier Inn is the norm for us, we have not been there before so if you find one let us know & we will book also.

 

We have plenty of budget hotels including travel lodge, comfort,ibis all close by, the easiest is probably the Ibis with under cover Parking, in the town centre, and if you are considering drinking is only a short taxi drive away, for about a fiver, or if there are a few of you I know a really good guy who can organise a larger taxi.

 

we would also be staying over,,,not sure about blenheim as we have recently been there......cheffy could you let us have your postcode so we can look at hotels...cheers...chris
