Blenheim Palace meet 2 June
Blenheim Palace meet 2 June
The next meeting of our Club is on the 2nd June at Blenheim Palace and we have the initial information on the arrangements for the day. Blenheim Palace web page link www.blenheimpalace.com
As usual please plan to arrive at about 11.00am. We will assemble at the Falstaff, which is shown on the map below of the grounds. Access is best from either the Hensington Gate or Woodstock entrance. We have agreed that the entrance fee will be paid at these entrances at a preferential rate of £7.60 for the grounds and park or £13.60 to include the house. Please note that the cost of visiting the House will be an extra £9.00 if paid for after entering the grounds if you only pay the £7.60 gate fee, ie the total cost will be £16.60 not £13.60. Hope that makes sense! There is a discount for members over 65 at £6.20 and £11.70.
After we are all assembled at the Falstaff we will drive, in convoy, to the display area, weather permitting, which is in front of the Great Court entrance which should make for some wonderful photographs. We plan to park the cars either side of the road in a herringbone fashion to really show off our cars to their very best.

Re: Blenheim Palace meet 2 June
A fantastic event. Sunny weather and a great turn out of Crossfire.
It was interesting chatting to new and regular owners with twenty plus Crossfire on show. and a few
owners from my neck of the woods .
J&K enjoyed walking in the lovely grounds and visiting the house .More venues like this please, with plenty to see and do.
UKKen.

Re: Blenheim Palace meet 2 June
As a new member I had planned to drive from Essex to attend the meeting.
I have an auto roadster (2005/32000) with all the Startech embellishments.
Regrettably 10 year old grandson was whisked into hospital on the Saturday so we were compelled to do child sitting for the others. Fortunately all is well with him and he was back home Sunday night
A pity - I could have made it 23 crossfires!!
