Brands Hatch American SpeedFest
Brands Hatch American SpeedFest
I have access to a suite for this event on 9/6/2013. The suite is warm and dry and provides a comfortable and commanding view over the the main straight and of almost the entire Indy circuit.
Depending on numbers the suite would cost £25 per head for Raceday Sunday including circuit entry, forward VIP (or Display) parking , Tea and Coffee and all day access to the Suite. There are options for Saturday too. This is not a commercial venture in any way.
If there are enough cars I can explore the option of a display area and Joining the Parade laps too.
Is this of any interest?

Nice idea. If you have enough interest and numbers, and we can secure a show spot for our Crossfires then I'm up for the Brands Hatch event.

Re: Brands Hatch American SpeedFest
I can confirm that the suite is available for Raceday Sunday. I have plenty of Tickets for both days at £20 pp for weekend tickets which includes circuit entry tickets for both days and full access to the suite for Sunday Raceday.
If you arrive at the circuit BEFORE 09:00 am on Sunday in an american car (for which the Xfire qualifies) the car can be parked in the display and registered for the Parade laps (behind safety car )
I will need to let Brands Hatch asap know if we would like a designated Club Display Area but would probably need at least 5 cars to acheive this and so far it appears to be 2 or 3.
The 11 Race programme is show below, with Parade laps at the end of the day.
There is also a considerable off track activities

Re: Brands Hatch American SpeedFest
There is a cafe just along the same side as branshatch called oasis perhaps we could meet there a little earlier, just a thought,
Re: Brands Hatch American SpeedFest
Excellent idea! Hopefully '11 feb' can make this too ..... it also leaves the option for anyone else that wants to come along at the last minute. I would suggest thst we get there by 8.30 as I suspect that the traffic at the main gate will be total chaos if everyone turns up at 9:00.
Re: Brands Hatch American SpeedFest
Good to meet you all. Will see you at future events.
You should have stayed for the '25 mph' parade laps....... total mayhem I'm pleased to report. 800 cars on on track and still a Corvette managed to go off backwards deep into the gravel trap at Paddock hill. Many new tyres required. I blagged a ride in a Viper and my don in a Saleen Mustang....... we both got told off.... and it wasn't for not trying hard enough!!!
