look in regularly Mo but it seems that most of the newer UK owners prefer facebook which to my mind is a shame, i am a bit old school and as you know i prefer the this forum to facebook but it seems i am in a minority, there is so much info on here i think some newer owners are missing out...

Yes i'm much the same, I check this forum out whenever a new post comes up, your right Chris about new owners missing out judging by some of the basic technical questions asked on the facebook sites when all the answers are on here just waiting to be read.

Agreed here too.
I look in several times a week - but always disappointed by how relatively little is heard from the UK esp. considering how much this forum has to offer -
Crossfires are virtually identical the world over so all the tech. stuff is totally relevant - UK owners are missing out (unless they're just looking but not getting involved?)

I've never understood why UKCrossfires club seem so reluctant to encourage its use - historical differences of opinion, perhaps...? - but even if that's the case, surely it's time to move on?
This defection to FB seems to be dividing the UK community - even to the extent of excluding some - such a shame...

I think both sites have a lot to offer and people that restrict themselves to one or the other are missing out on a great deal of useful information from both camps.
The technical content on here from both sides of the pond is invaluable and has helped me enormously.
I discovered this site first a year ago when I bought the Crossfire, only found facebook recently and joined there too.
I enjoy both sites and would urge all owners to make use of each one.
Tom.

Sure, it's all good but I just can't see the need for a separate means of communication, when there's an existing and perfectly good one.
Maybe I'll come round to it eventually!

Doesn't seem to be what it use to be on here. There was all ways lots of chatting going on.

I think you need to talk about any thing just to get things started. Doesn't need to be Crossfire stuff.

Let me start.

I've just bought a new car: Nissan 370Z GT cabriolet.

OK. Fun to drive. Very fast. Drives like on rails. Not good over speed bumps. Scrapes the front bumper. Its a bit a Crossfire. Turns heads.

Nice - but not German - what happened to all the Mercs...?!
Thought you were smitten with V8s?

Yeah, I was but I've had three CLK's this year and just wanted something different. The Merc's didn't stand out enough for me. The 370Z cab like the Crossfire is a bit different. :-)

Hi Chris.

All good here thanks. You two well I hope.

I fitted the Magnaflow to the Crossfire and that gave it a great sound. The V8 should be even better. I fitted a MSL exhaust system to my Merc V8. Lovely exhaust note.

Come on the Arsenal tonight
