slk vs crossfire lowering springs

Default slk vs crossfire lowering springs

H is there any difference in slk 3.2 and crossfire chassis. Because the springs are so much cheaper for the slk..hopefully somebody can help..

Spring rate is the only way to compare springs. Those numbers might be hard to find.

I have never heard of XF road springs ever needing changing, even on cars that have done well over a 100K. Yes its not just about size, the spring rate is the key. However, there are other after market springs available from Bilstein etc stc, and you can also choose to stiffen or lower the car a little if you wish. Good luck
