With only approx. 47 Coupes left in the UK, you are going to struggle!!!!!

I'll be advertising one of mine towards the end of next week - on Autotrader. The price will put 99.9% of people off - but it is the best. 57reg Aero Blue coupe - 25,000 miles - FSH - looks, feels and drives like new. Vin no. 6X068572 - one of the last 24 ever made. Looking for £11k.

Chris:

Wow, another '06 and the cousin to my '06. If that were on this side of the pond, I'd be a buyer.

Good Luck on the sale.

yes think your right the price will put most people off at 11k...do you mean one of the last 24 srt`s made as my n/a is an 07 reg built in march 07 and is no. 72215 so yours at 68572 would have been built before march 07, i believe production ended in december 07 at around 76000, i also thought srt`s were only built in 2005-6 irrespective of when they were registered..best of luck with the sale...chris...

Yes one of the last 24 SRT's ever made - date of MFR 04/06 at 8.00am. The price reflects my reluctance to part with this one - 'though nobody ever pays full price.

Hi Chris, forgive my ignorance, but where did you get the 'last 24' info. from?
Mine is dated 03/06 (no. below), obviously a little earlier than yours, so what are the numbers of the last 24?
I understood SRTs were random chassis nos. taken from the production line as demand dictated - most 06 SRTs being to built to order.
Thanks...

See

https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...continued.html

For list of known vin#s

06 SRT6 were built to order for the US market since there was a excess supply here. That probably why most were sold outside the US. Right now, less than 100 known 06s

The registry (though not complete) suggests that 6X068572 is the 24th to last known srt made. There are known knowns. These are things we know that we know. There are known unknowns. That is to say, there are things that we know we don't know. But there are also unknown unknowns. There are things we don't know we don't know. Now live on Autotrader: Chrysler Crossfire 3.2 V6 SRT-6 2dr Auto

Well, a fun answer anyway!
Just seemed like Chris said "last 24" with such certainty I thought maybe he had some known info
the rest of us didn't know about.
Chris's car is actually the 26th from last on the present list (mine's 31st) - but as there are only about 40 known cars on the list (out of 180 2006 RHDs produced), looks we know very little - so far...

Anyway, cracking car, Chris - hope you find that wealthy new owner soon!

Thanks. I am open to offers, and the price will be reduced every other day - until it sells - I need the garage space.

Hi, this one is much better than the previous one that I sold - too cheap - but at the time I needed the money/a quick sale. This one really is like new (see pictures) and everything works - unlike on the other one which also needed some paintwork. I have a few viewings over the weekend - but expect it to go on the first - and hope it will go for close to the current price. Thanks for your interest - keep watching.
